February 22, 2017 (La Grange, IL) - Q-BBQ, a fast-casual Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand-winning restaurant brings back by popular demand for the fifth year in a row their "life changing" Smoked Corned Beef, in celebration of St. Patrick's Day, and their "extraordinary" Corona Battered Cod sandwich for Lent. The smoked corned beef is available for the following menu items; plate, sandwich, 2/3 meat combo, sliders, on a salad, and by the pound for catering at all locations.

Warning to all readers that the following descriptions of Q-BBQ's two limited time only signature sandwiches may cause excessive drooling and stomach pangs.

Smoked Corned Beef Sandwich

($9.99) includes one small side and two hush puppies. Corned beef is hickory smoked for 22 hours, served on a fluffy brioche bun, topped with sweet cabbage
and spicy horseradish sauce.

($13.99) includes 22-hour hickory smoked corned beef, an additional meat, choice of two small sides or one regular side, and two hush puppies.

Corona Battered Cod Sandwich

($9.99) includes one small side and two hush puppies. Cod is tossed with signature rub served on a fluffy brioche bun, and topped with pickles, red onion, lettuce, tomato and homemade Tartar sauce.

Q-BBQ specializes in authentic BBQ traditions from Memphis, the Carolina's, Texas, and Kansas City, and has added its own signature style to create a familiar yet surprising menu that is both contemporary as well as true to the legacy of "America's original comfort food."
