“Papa Q” Platter for $19.99, regularly $29.99, includes a portion of all Smoked Meats, plus Premium Brisket, Memphis Ribs, and Brisket Burnt Ends. Served with two sides and hush puppies. The platter feeds two people (perfect for sharing) and includes:

- Carolina Pulled Pork smoked up to 12 hours

- Premium all-white Sliced Turkey meat smoked up to 7 hours

- Premium whole Hand-Pulled Chicken smoked up to 7 hours

- Dry rubbed Spicy Wings smoked up to 3 hours

- Memphis Wings dry rubbed and smoked up to 3 hours

- Traditional Texas Spicy Sausage smoked up to 1 hour

- Brisket Burnt Ends smoked up to 24 hours until caramelized and then smoked again, and sliced

- Authentic Texas-style Brisket hickory smoked up to 22 hours, and chopped

Guests can choose two items from Q-BBQ’s made-from-scratch sides to accompany their platter. Sides include BBQ Baked Beans, Cornbread, Mexican Corn, Mashed Potatoes with brisket gravy, Creamy Slaw, Fries, Mac-Q-Roni, and Q-cumber Tomato Salad.
