Chicago's Fastest Growing, Award-Winning BBQ Smoked Corned Beef is Only Available in March in Celebration of St. Patrick's Day
March 7, 2016 (CHICAGO) -- For one month only, in celebration of St. Patrick's Day, now through March 31, Q-BBQ's Smoked Corned Beef is back for the fourth year in a row by popular demand. The smoked corned beef is available for the following menu items; plate, sandwich, 2/3 meat combo, sliders, on a salad, and by the pound for catering 7 days/week at all locations; Naperville, La Grange, Lakeview, Schererville, IN and soon in the downtown Oak Park restaurant set to open at the end of the month.

Q-BBQ's Smoked Corned Beef is hickory smoked for 22 hours, served on a fluffy brioche bun, then topped with homemade sweet cabbage with pears, and loaded with spicy horsey sauce.
According to Q-BBQ owner, Michael LaPidus, "This is the Q-version of the classic Irish dish -- hickory smoked quality corned beef with the complex inventive mouth-watering flavors our fans expect. It won't disappoint. I promise."
So far it has been a big year for Q-BBQ. They will open their highly anticipated 5th store in downtown Oak Park at the end of the month. This comes on the heels of their sold-out week long pop up restaurant at The Willis Tower. Just two months ago they opened their 4th store in Schererville, IN.
Q-BBQ is a fast-casual Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand-winning restaurant (2012, 2013) that specializes in authentic barbeque, featuring smoked Texas brisket, Carolina pulled pork, Memphis dry rub chicken wings and signature homemade sides such as Hush Puppies and MacQroni. The counter-service, fine casual restaurant has locations in downtown LaGrange, downtown Naperville, Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, Schererville, IN and Oak Park opening in March 2016. Q-BBQ offers beer and wine, take-out, and catering, and the Lakeview location offers delivery, plus retail sales of its three signature sauces.
