Mac Q Roni
Pasta Noodles have never had it so good! When you take your first bite of our Mac-Q-Roni, your buds will taste the ingredients of cream, six cheeses and the many spices that all carefully mixed together to create heaven in your mouth. We top it off with sharp cheddar cheese its and toast it to perfection. Wow!
bbQ Beans
We take the finest beans and bake ‘em with just the right amount of brown sugar, onions, spices and brisket. We then smoke ‘em for a few hours with Hickory and Apple Wood.
Corn Bread
Inspired from a diner in Alabama, this is no ordinary cornbread…It’s filled with sweetness from honey to sugar to corn. A delicious southern addition to any BBQ combination.
Fresh Cut Fries
Man, these take a long time to prepare. We start by soaking our fresh cut fries in water overnight, then fry them in Peanut Oil to a crispy golden brown. It’s a pain staking process, but it is worth the wait for these spuds!
Slaw
We understand there is a big debate….all vinegar or all creamy when it comes to Cole Slaw. So we brought the best of both worlds together and found the right balance between creamy and vinegar. It has a bit of sweetness and spice!
Q-Pups
These are the most delicious little fritters ever to touch your tongue. The Hills of North Carolina was the inspiration and our recipe combines the sweetness of onions, corn and several spices. We drop ‘em in peanut oil for a crispy golden brown…mmm you can’t just eat one.
